Product Overview
The HCPL-5601 is a high-reliability Class H single-channel hermetically sealed optocoupler in an 8-pin ceramic DIP package. The device is capable of operation and storage across the full military temperature range and is available in commercial grade or full MIL-PRF-38534 Class K testing options per DLA Drawing 5962-90855.

Technology & Construction
• Features a GaAsP LED optically coupled to an integrated high-speed photodetector

• Internal shielding guarantees 1000V/μs common-mode transient immunity
• HCPL-5650 series available for applications requiring isolation voltages up to 2500Vdc
